You know, I forgot about this, but I've always loved the G&M's house style. I love how they refer to people as Mr. and Ms. instead of just their last name. Its quaint, and relatively unusual, but I love it. It bespeaks a kind of old fashioned courtliness. Even though the newspaper has taken the gloves off on some issues recently, this code of manners hasn't been abandoned. It reminds me that we're not some parts of America, and the reminders have been a bit far between of late.
